David Alistair Yalof specializes in constitutional law, judicial politics and executive branch politics. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University in 1997, a J.D., from the University of Virginia Law School in 1991, and a B.A. with honors, from the University of Virginia in 1988.
