![]() David L. RichardsAssociate Professor Dr. Richards holds a joint appointment in the Department of Political Science and the Human Rights Institute. His work is focused on human dignity. He is Co-Founder and Co-Director of the CIRI Human Rights Data Project (www.humanrightsdata.org), which annually rates government respect for 15 internationally-recognized human rights in 195 countries. His current book project is The Stealth Pandemic: Violence Against Women, Law & Practice, co-authored with Jillienne Haglund of Florida State University, and to be published by Paradigm Publishers.
