Refreshments will be provided and the event is free and open to the public with the sponsorship of the ...Alan R. Bennett Professorship.

Join us next Thursday, 4/18 for a discussion on America's 20-year struggle to defend itself in cyberspace. We will be joined by Daniel B. Prieto who currently is the managing partner of Range Strategic Advisors, LLC. Prieto has held influential positions in industry (including at Google, ...McKinsey, and IBM) and in the US government (including on the White House National Security Council staff and Capitol Hill). This event will take place in McHugh 101 from 5-6:30 pm.

Interested in Law School but have questions about the admissions process? Please join us for "Ten Things we Learned from a Season of Law School Admissions Work that Every Applicant Should Know," presented by Professor Michael Fischl and Interim Director of Admissions Ellen Keane from the ...UConn School of Law. In this presentation, you will learn what makes a good application and learn how to best present yourself to a law school admissions board. At the end of the presentation, there will be a Q&A session.

Universal voting-- redefining voting as not only a fundamental right but as a required civic duty-- is a game-changing reform for American democracy. Though never really discussed in the United States, it is successfully utilized in 26 democratic countries, in some for 100 years. Join us to learn ...and discuss universal voting, and the impact it could have in Connecticut. We will be hosting a number of speakers at this event from various institutions and organizations. Monday, April 8 is the last day to withdraw from a course and the last day to put a course on P/F. You have until 11:59 PM on April 8th to go to registrar.uconn.edu/forms and submit the Student Enrollment Request Form to do either of those things!
